HANOI ROCKS Guitarist Suffering From 'After-Tour Jet Lag Blues'
March 8, 2005HANOI ROCKS guitarist Conny Bloom (ex-ELECTRIC BOYS) has posted the following message on his official web site:
"Ladies and gentlemen: HANOI ROCKS have left the building! Ever tried going to bed at the same time as you normally go to work? You got the picture; got the 'after tour jetlag blues' & coming down ain't always so easy.
"Tour went real well. Despite of various flues & colds, we came, we saw & we rocked viciously (M.M.) like there was no tomorrow. Got a bit of a break now, and then we're off to Japan (maybe a few gigs just before somewhere, will tell ya if they happen)! Can't wait to go back. Oh, and in case you've missed it: Ex-ELECTRIC BOYS [bassist] Andy 'A.C.' Christell is the bass player in HANOI ROCKS...
"Thanks to you guys, who came to see the band on the tour!"
In other news, Conny and HANOI ROCKS guitarist Andy McCoy participated in an online chat on Saturday (March 5). "Angie Rocks" is Andy and his wife Angela, and Conny's nickname is "Geetarplayaontheleft". Read the chat transcript at this location.
